Couple things to note to make the process as easy as possible:
Fees: The maximum rates for a non consensual tow from a private property are set by the Public Utilities Commission. For Vehicles less than 10,000 GVW these rates are currently as follows:
*Hook Fee:$239.88
*Mileage: The permitted monthly mileage charge is adjusted monthly by the PUC.
*Storage Facility:$46.08 per day. Accrued 24-hour period.
*Drop Charge:$93.41
*After hours release fee:$101.40 If You may pick up your vehicle outside of normal business hours by paying this additional fee. Appointments must be made by contacting our 24-hour dispatch.
After Hours
Description: Maximum additional charge for release of a motor vehicle from storage at any time other than the towing
carrier's business hours, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
Applicable Rule(s): 6511(f)
*Administration fee: $75.00 When a vehicle is left in our storage, this fee is assessed for the costs associated with notifying all owners, lien holders and proper authorities of the impounded vehicle as required by state laws.
We can try to notify you in person as well if we can contact you.
Appointments Must Be Made By Calling Our Dispatch
Owners will be required to produce the following documents to retrieve or access a vehicle:
*Owner must provide a valid current registration
*Valid and current insurance for the vehicle
*Valid state issued driver’s license from the United States
*Original title designating you as the current owner
Hours of Operation for Release vehicle
Monday: 8a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 8a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 8a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 8a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Sunday: 1:00 pm. - 2:00 p.m.
